Why A+?
A+ certification means that a computer technician has been assessed by CompTIA (the computing technology industry association) and has passed the examinations necessary for A+ certification. As well as testing technical knowledge A+ aims to ensure that technicians have the interpersonal skills required by clients in need of technical support.
Pricing and Fixed-Fee Packages:
My standard rate is £12 per hour, *£10 PER HOUR FOR OAP’S* . No fix no fee . I also provide a number of fixed fee service packages as detailed below, avoiding those unwelcome surprise hidden costs:

Checking, installing and testing your new computer and all other related components. Setting up the Windows operating system. Installing software and drivers. Setting up internet access and e-mail accounts. Testing your PC, printer, scanner and all other peripherals. Familiarising you with your new computer.
PC Hardware and/or Software Upgrade

Fitting and verifying the suitability of hardware components. Resolving compatibility issues. Installing software and drivers. Thorough testing of newly installed hardware and software components.
