    As well as pole dancing, Shelly is a fully qualified Personal Trainer, so she also has hand- on experience in a gym environment. Gaining these qualifications have enabled Shelly to apply extensive knowledge of the body to her lessons. This ensures that all spins and tricks are done with the utmost safety, even for people that have possibly suffered from an injury in the past. Pole Dancing will strengthen your core, tighten your muscles, increase your confidence, improve your posture and most importantly of all…. it will make you giggle and have fun whilst you’re doing it. Shelly says: “over the years, I have taught lots of girls, ladies, even men, who have been lacking in confidence, and who are looking for something fun to do. Something that will keep them interested and help them where other exercises have failed. It doesn’t matter how old you are or what size dress you wear, I can tailor the lessons to suit you and together we can help you reach your personal goals.
