Key responsibilities:
• Part of the on-site executive team
• Strategic business partner to business, problem solving and delivering solutions
• Manage and oversee complex employee relations
• Change management, restructure and redundancy
• Manage coach and develop HR Team
Ideal candidate:
• Qualified and experience HR professional
• Experience of manufacturing or similar 24/7 environment
• Business focused with commercial acumen
• Articulate, good communicated and presenter
