6 week course starting Thursday 12th January
If you have completed a 6/12 week course and have learned the foundations of hoop dance, then this is the course for you. You will learn different ways to lift off your hoop and transition from on to off body moves and back. Off body moves such as the vortex, reverse weave and rising sun. All moves are taught in a flow sequence which will enable you to discover your own flow with the hoop.
Hula Hoops are provided, the class is low impact with high cardio and muscle strengthening moves. A friendly and non competitive activity that will challenge your body and mind in a fun way. Hoop dance is also a great way to de-stress and forget your worries.
Learn to Hoop with Brighton’s original Hula Hoop Dance company. Clare has been teaching hoop dance in Brighton since 2008, she is a qualified and accredited fitness teacher as well as hoop teacher and performer with Brighton circus “Shambolic SideShow”.
