State pension or Child tax credit
With a household income of less than £15.860 annually.
OR
Income support, Working tax credit, Income related employment and support allowance,

WITH AT LEAST ONE OF THE FOLLOWING COMPONENTS
Receives a work related activity or support component.
Parental responsibility for a qualifying child.Aged under 16.
Is in receipt of disabled working element or severe disability premium.
Child tax credit which includes a disability or severe disability element.
Is aged 60 or over.
